Executive Officers

Yiwen Luo was born in Shanghai City, China and came to Japan in 1989. In 1992, during his time as a student in the Yokohama National University Graduate School Department of Economics, he founded the Chubun Doho newspaper. In 1995, he founded Chubun Sangyo Co., Ltd. and became its president, and in 1997 he founded Raku Raku Communications Co., Ltd. which carries out Chinese satellite broadcasting and publishes informational magazines about China for Japanese readers.
In 2009, Luo became the president and representative director of Laox Holdings Co., LTD. (TSE Second Section, which is now the Standard Market); he is currently the chairperson.
He became chairperson and executive director at Ascot in 2021, and recent years have seen his involvement in business field expansion efforts, the Appi Highlands Resort Valley Project, and other endeavors in the areas of real estate development, financing and investing.

Takeshi Nakabayashi obtained employment at the Development Bank of Japan in 1982 and worked there while simultaneously completing his graduate degree in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School (Harvard University). In 2000, he took part in the founding of the independent venture capital firm IT- Farm Corporation, where he was involved in investments in Zoom Video Communications, Treasure Data, JTOWER and other startups in both Japan and the United States from their seed capital phases onward. Nakabayashi and his company were also involved in other forms of corporate management support through strategic capital tie-ups, cross-border trades and similar efforts.
In November 2015, he founded Ping An Japan Investment Co., Ltd. and became its representative director. This investment firm is a member of the Ping An Insurance Group, a major private insurance company in China, and is involved in private equity operations in Japan. In April 2016, it became the majority shareholder in Ascot Corp.
Nakabayashi served as a director and chairperson at Ascot from December 2017 onward, became vice- chairperson and executive director in December 2021, and took on his current position in July 2022.

Kentaro Toyoizumi joined The Sakura Bank, Limited (known today as the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in 1998
and thereafter worked at a real estate fund investment company and other organizations where he served in managerial positions centering mainly on finance.
After coming to Ascot in 2013, Toyoizumi engaged in wide-ranging managerial tasks related to accounting, personnel and general affairs before taking on the position of director in 2016. He is currently a director and executive officer, and the Corporate Headquarter executive officer.
In 2016, he became a director of Ascott Asset Consulting Corp., a property management subsidiary; in 2022, he became the company's representative director; in 2022, he became a director of Ascott Asset Consulting Corp.
In 2018, he was appointed Director of SHIFTLIFE Co., Ltd., a real estate development and sales, sales and brokerage company, when it became a consolidated subsidiary.

During his university years, Masahiko Muranushi helped found a real estate company in New York, where he engaged in real estate purchasing and served as a brokerage agent for rental properties. After returning to Japan, he worked in acquisitions at a real estate investment firm.
Muranushi joined Ascot in 2016, where he became a leading member in the company's real estate investment operations. In 2022, he took on the positions of managing executive officer and Real Estate Development Department executive officer. In 2023, he was appointed Managing Executive Officer.

While working at The Industrial Bank of Japan,
Limited. (IBJ) and Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. (now known as Mizuho Bank, Ltd.), Goro Mitsuhashi was involved in development of new SMEs, large- corporation management operations, and M&A financing. He also took part in a study abroad program in Beijing, China to study language while working at IBJ.
Thereafter, he found employment in the United States in Goldman Sachs' investment bank division, and later went on to established leveraged financing operations in Japan.
While working in this field for the next 13 years, he also provided support for M&A and fund-raising operations with private equity fund operators as his customers.
More recently, he has been involved in the creation of content funds for the independent movie content creation firm as CFO.
Mitsuhashi joined Ascot in 2021, coming aboard as the Corporate Planning Division chief.
In 2023, with the establishment of the financial subsidiary Ascot Capital Co., Ltd., he became its representative director.
