Expanding Our Business Area and Asset Types

Since our founding in 1999, we have focused our operations on condominiums, rental apartments and office buildings primarily within the Tokyo area, providing unique and high-quality spaces to our customers.
In response to changes in working styles as well as related living styles brought about by the COVID- 19 pandemic, we have expanded the area in which we do business to cover three other prefectures in the Kanto region in addition to Tokyo. We are also diversifying the asset types we handle to include logistics facilities, commercial buildings, senior living facilities and income-yielding real estate properties, and striving to bolster asset values therein.

Business Model Diversification

Since 2021, we have pursued new business in areas ranging from real estate fund management and asset management through to property purchasing and sale brokerage targeting overseas investors for luxury residences and profit-yielding building units, along with other development and investment activities. Through these efforts, we are diversifying our overall business model.

By fully leveraging our development capabilities to bring out the full potential of real estate assets and boost their value, and utilizing these assets in financial services targeting not just institutional investors, but also a wider range of other customers, we aim to foster more enjoyable and fulfilling day-to-day lifestyles and activities for individuals and society as a whole.

Achievements

With respect to our core businesses, namely ‘rental apartment development’, ‘condominium development’ and ‘office building development’, we have developed more than 100 buildings in the heart of Tokyo’s 23 wards. In the future, we plan to expand our key area to Tokyo and its neighboring 3 prefectures (Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama), and also continue to provide highly profitable logistics facilities in metropolitan areas such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sendai.
