At Ascot Corp., we uphold our management philosophy of Purpose, Vision, and Credo, and our goal is to stay on track as a company that creates enriching spaces between people as well as one that earns the trust of each and every of our stakeholders by striving for transparent and sound corporate management. We position thorough compliance as a fundamental principle of our operations, strictly adhering to all laws and regulations while promoting honest and fair business practices.

In addition, to ensure sound and swift decision-making as well as effective execution of our operations, we will strengthen the audit functions and oversight mechanisms of our internal audit department and the Board of Auditors, and strive to continuously enhancing our corporate value by building a more robust organizational structure.

Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

Ascot Corp. hereby sets out the following Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces in order to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and public duty, as well as to continue to solidify its credibility and establish firm trust with the society.

  1. We will stipulate our grounds with regards to anti-social forces in our internal regulations and other documents, and deal with anti-social forces as a unified company organization under the leadership of our management.
  2. We will ensure the safety of our employees who deal with anti-social forces.
  3. We will have absolutely no ties with anti-social forces, including any business dealings.
  4. We will reject unreasonable demands from anti-social forces and not hesitate to take legal action, both civil and criminal, if necessary.
  5. We will never provide funding to any crime syndicates or other anti-social forces.
  6. We will commit ourselves to building close, collaborative relationships with external specialized organizations such as the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers.
